MY STORY

Some time around summer 2010, after being diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, I quickly grew frustrated with destinations that satisfied my wife and children, while not offering tasty options for someone with my broadening ailment. I sought the help of a local non medicinal doctor and began to research what foods were diabetic safe. I began to develop foods that my wife and kids would eat without knowing they were adhering to my needs, by cheating the palette, if you will. After 3 1/2 months of following my newly developed diet, I lost 52 pounds without any exercise, and dropped my blood sugar from 796 to 104, without medicine.
